Field Service

Modutek’s Field Service supports equipment worldwide. Our Technicians can modify or repair equipment on site. This prevents you from removing the wet process station from your fab and shipping it here for repair (see section “Station Upgrades” for in-house repairs).

We diagnose over the phone, or you can email information directly to us. We review our findings with you in detail and present you with a written quotation. Service contracts are available to save you money and provide regular preventative maintenance support.
